Why I chose to collect autographs:It is an interesting hobby to get into, and also if you scroll down to the last point I explain the biggest
reason there! I started collecting in March 2003 and I feel I have quite a good collection now, I havent counted but
I may have over 100 now [thats counting fakes, and real autos] but most of them are real autographs, which I am happy about!
Other info: I have one brother whos is 14. Still live with my mum and dad obviously! I am in year 12 in
6th form, live in England and have 1 rabbit, 1 cat and 2 fish!
What made me start collecting:
I am am fan of Tobey Maguire, so when I got a picture of him signed, I was really happy! At
the time, I thought it was real, but then I found out it was a fake from a company called studio fanmail. But that didn't
stop me! I was determined to get an authentic signature, even if it wasn't Tobey in particular. I soon got a few authentic
ones and more studio fanmail autos and I caught the 'autograph bug' which means I just cannot stop now! I feel that I
should say thanks to Tobey Maguire for my collection, as if I never liked him and never went on his official site and
found that studio fanmail email, I probably won't be writing this right now! :0)
I want to wish all the autograph collectors luck, and have pride in your collection,
don't just recieve an autograph, and sell it straight away! They are a great collection to treasure and show off to other
people! :-)
